Learn how QwenWork subscription upgrades and downgrades take effect.
Basic rules
- Auto-renewing monthly subscription: The plan renews automatically after expiration. You can cancel future renewals at any time.
- One-time purchase: Only the current plan period is purchased. It does not renew automatically.
- Plan upgrade: The upgrade takes effect immediately, while the original plan expiration date remains unchanged unless stated otherwise below.
- Plan downgrade: Downgrades are not currently supported.
The final payment amount and plan validity period are shown on the order confirmation page.

Plan upgrades
Monthly Standard to Monthly Pro
- Effective time: Immediately
- Plan expiration: Original expiration date is maintained
- Subscription status: No active auto-renewal
- Payment: Price difference
- Credits: Topped up to the Pro plan amount, with the original expiration date maintained
- Additional effect: The Pro purchase button displays Upgrade
Annual Standard to Annual Pro
- Effective time: Immediately
- Plan expiration: Original expiration date is maintained
- Subscription status: No active auto-renewal
- Payment: Price difference
Auto-renewing Monthly Standard to Auto-renewing Monthly Pro
- Effective time: Immediately
- Plan expiration: Extended by 31 days upon renewal
- Subscription status: Changes to auto-renewing monthly
- Payment: One month of the Pro auto-renewing monthly fee + price difference
Monthly Standard to Annual Pro
- Effective time: Immediately
- Plan expiration: Extended by 365 days
- Subscription status: No active auto-renewal
- Payment: Pro annual fee + price difference
