Choose a model based on the task and your preferred balance between output quality, processing speed, and usage cost. More capable models are suitable for complex analysis and content creation, while faster models are preferable for simple tasks.
7. Is voice input supported?
Yes. Users can describe requirements or assign tasks by voice, reducing the need for typing and manual steps.
2. Scheduled Tasks
9. How do I create a scheduled task?
You can create one by:
- Entering the task name, schedule, and instructions on the Scheduled Tasks page;
- Describing what to do and when in natural language during a conversation;
- Selecting and modifying a predefined task template.
10. Will scheduled tasks continue running after I close the browser?
Yes. Scheduled tasks run in the cloud. Closing the browser or signing out does not affect enabled tasks.
11. Which scheduling rules are supported?
QwenWork supports one-time execution, fixed intervals, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and custom schedules.
12. Where can I view scheduled-task results?
Each run creates an independent session. Its process and results are saved in the corresponding session and can also be opened from the execution records.
13. Does clicking “Run Now” change the existing schedule?
No. Run Now performs one additional run without changing the original schedule.
14. Are historical records retained after a task is deleted?
Yes. The task stops running, but its previous execution records and related sessions remain available.
15. Do scheduled tasks from the web sync to the desktop client?
Currently, scheduled tasks and sessions on the web and desktop client are independent and do not sync.
3. Plans and Subscriptions
16. What is the difference between Individual and Enterprise plans?
Individual plans are designed primarily for personal productivity. Enterprise plans are purchased and managed at the organization level and provide enterprise seats, a shared credit pool, subscription management, and other capabilities. Refer to the purchase page for specific benefits.
17. How are credits allocated to Enterprise seats?
Each Enterprise seat includes 2,000 credits per subscription month. Credits from all seats are added to the organization’s shared credit pool and can be used by members who have been granted access to the Enterprise plan.
18. Do seat credits carry over to the next month?
No. Seat credits refresh each subscription month, and unused credits do not carry over.
19. What can administrators do when credits are insufficient?
Administrators can purchase credit packages or additional seats. Purchased credit packages are added to the organization’s shared credit pool immediately and remain valid for one year from the purchase date.
20. In what order are credits deducted?
The system uses the current month’s seat credits first, followed by credit-package balances. If multiple credit packages are available, credits with the earliest expiration date are used first.
21. Can seats be added or removed during a subscription period?
Seats can be added at any time. New seats take effect immediately, with fees and initial credits calculated according to the remaining subscription period.
Seat reductions do not take effect immediately. They are applied at the next renewal.
22. Do current benefits end immediately after canceling a subscription?
No. Canceling disables future automatic renewals. Benefits remain available until the end of the current paid period.
23. When does a plan upgrade take effect?
An upgrade takes effect immediately after payment succeeds. The original subscription end date remains unchanged.
You pay the price difference for the current period, and future renewals are charged at the upgraded plan’s price.
24. Can I downgrade my plan?
An active plan cannot currently be downgraded directly. You can cancel the subscription and select another plan after the current plan expires.
