[Important] DingTalk Organization Binding

Confirm whether your QwenWork organization is bound to a DingTalk organization. If binding is required, switch to the target DingTalk organization in DingTalk, access QwenWork from within DingTalk, and obtain your Organization ID via the free signup entry inside DingTalk. Entering through this entry will automatically bind the DingTalk organization (requires the DingTalk organization primary administrator role or above). The remaining steps are the same.

QwenWork Enterprise Edition

The Enterprise Edition consists of seats and add-on credit packs. Add-on credit packs cannot be used on their own — you must have seats with a valid subscription period to use them.

Purchasing Seats

Select the number of seats and the subscription duration. If you do not need to bind a DingTalk organization, click the free signup link to obtain your Organization ID. To purchase from the Alibaba Cloud website, choose "Create for free". Fill in the organization name (changeable later), the mobile number of the initial super administrator (the super administrator is not required to be unique), and the enterprise notification email (used for Enterprise Edition account notifications). Complete the signup. Copy the Organization ID, return to the Alibaba Cloud website, enter the ID, and place the order to complete payment.

Purchasing Add-on Credit Packs

Select the number of add-on credit packs to purchase (packs are stackable) and enter the corresponding Organization ID. The credit packs will be recharged to the corresponding organization. Add-on credit packs are valid for one year. Go to the QwenWork admin console — Credits Management page, where you can view changes in available credits and adjust the monthly usage limit for both the organization and individuals.
