Organization Workspaces and Administration

Manage organization workspaces and administrative controls.

Overview

An organization workspace gives teams a shared environment for Agent-powered work. Organization administration manages members, company details, shared assets, usage, and subscriptions.

Common Use Cases

  • Create an organization workspace
  • Accept an invitation to join an organization
  • Invite and manage members
  • Share files, websites, and work assets
  • Review organization usage and benefits
  • Purchase or adjust an organization plan

Entry Points

Create or join an organization during onboarding and workspace selection, or open the administration area from an organization workspace.

Core Capabilities

Organization Registration

Provide the organization name, country or region, and contact email. The creator becomes an administrator and can continue configuring the workspace.

Member Invitations and Management

Administrators invite members by email and review the member list. Invited users verify their identity before joining.

Workspace Switching

Users who have both personal and organization workspaces can switch between them. Sessions, files, websites, Skills, connectors, and usage are scoped to the active workspace.

Organization Assets

Sessions, files, Organization Drive content, and Pages created in an organization workspace are organization assets. Members use them according to their permissions.

Organization Usage

Administrators review the organization's plan, credit balance, and overall consumption.

Organization Subscription

Organization plans may include plan level, seats, and billing period. An administrator confirms the selected configuration and organization information before checkout.

Administration

The administration area centralizes company details, members, subscriptions, usage, and related controls. Each member sees only the capabilities allowed by their role.

End-to-End Flow

  1. Create an organization or accept an email invitation.
  2. QwenWork establishes the user's organization membership.
  3. An administrator configures company details, members, and subscription.
  4. Members switch to the organization workspace to work.
  5. Sessions, files, websites, and usage are assigned to the organization.
  6. Administrators continue to manage members, usage, and plans.

Key Rules

  • Organization registration uses a contact email and records the country or region.
  • A user may belong to multiple workspaces but works in one active workspace at a time.
  • Personal and organization assets are managed separately.
  • Administrative capabilities depend on member roles.
  • Organization subscription benefits apply only to that organization workspace.
  • When a member leaves, they lose access to organization assets; the organization retains those assets.
