Manage your profile, usage, and subscription.

Overview

This module walk you through managing personal profile information, interface language, credit usage, and individual subscriptions.

Common Use Cases

  • Update a profile image or display name
  • Switch the product interface language
  • Review credit usage and remaining balance
  • Compare plans and benefits
  • Subscribe, upgrade, or change an individual plan
  • Purchase additional credits

Entry Points

Open Settings from the profile menu or sidebar. Usage warnings, the Credits page, and subscription pages also provide direct entry points.

Core Capabilities

Personal Profile

Review and update the profile image, display name, and account email. Email is the primary account identity for the international edition.

Language

The interface supports English and Simplified Chinese. Changing the language updates interface copy and locale-sensitive date and number formats.

Usage Details

Usage views show the current plan, available credits, and consumption so users can understand how work affects their balance.

Plans and Benefits

The subscription page lists available individual plans, prices, billing periods, and included benefits.

Checkout and Payment

After selecting a plan or credit package, review the order, choose a supported payment method, and provide required billing or tax information. Successful payment updates the account's benefits.

Plan Changes

When supported by the current subscription, users can upgrade or switch plans. The confirmation page explains the new plan, amount, and effective timing.

End-to-End Flow

  1. QwenWork loads the current plan and credit balance.
  2. Review used and remaining credits.
  3. Select a plan or additional credits.
  4. Review pricing, billing period, and benefits.
  5. Provide required checkout information and complete payment.
  6. The account's benefits and credits refresh after successful payment.
  7. Future work consumes credits according to the active plan.

Key Rules

  • Profile and individual subscription data belong to the user's personal account.
  • Email is the primary identity field; a phone number is not shown.
  • Currency, tax details, and payment methods are confirmed during checkout.
  • Different models and tasks may consume different amounts of credit.
  • Changing interface language does not translate existing sessions or files.
  • Individual subscriptions and organization subscriptions are separate.
