|---|---|
| Subscription | You are not an organization super admin, or the current workspace is not an enterprise organization |
| Single sign-on | You are not an organization super admin, or the organization already uses another bound organization identity method |
| Seat requests or Pending approvals | The current workspace is not an enterprise organization |

5. Recommended setup order
For a new organization, complete setup in this order:
- In Organization settings, confirm the organization name and add a monitored contact email.
- In Subscription, confirm the plan, total seats, and credit balance.
- In Members, invite admins and members and assign the required seats.
- In Credits, set organization and member allowances.
- In Skills, Kits, and Connectors, define what organization capabilities members can access.
- If corporate identity login is required, configure an identity provider in Single sign-on and submit it for review.
6. Common controls
Change the language
Use English or Chinese at the bottom of the navigation. The Admin console menu and page text switch to the selected language.
Return to Qwen Work
Select the Qwen Work logo in the upper-left corner, or select Back to Qwen Work at the bottom of the navigation.
Use the console on a small screen
On a narrow screen, select the menu button in the upper-left corner to open the Admin navigation. Select the backdrop, the close button, or another feature to close it.
Search, filter, and paginate
Lists such as members, skills, kits, and connectors support search or pagination. After changing a filter, wait for the list to reload. Before a bulk action, verify the current filter scope.
7. Important notes
- Delete, remove, and void actions often cannot be undone. Verify the target before confirming.
- Purchases, renewals, invoices, and payment methods open Alibaba Cloud pages. Allow your browser to open new windows.
- Role, seat, allowance, privacy, and SSO changes affect other members. Follow your organization's approval process before making them.
- If data fails to load, select Retry. If the issue continues, record the page, time, and error message before contacting support.
